Petition Against Council Initiated Improve- <br />merit. If the local improvement was initiated by Council resolution <br /> ? . <br /> <br />without; an initiating petition, and within sixty days of the <br />conclus~onof the Public Hearing, a petition is filed with the City <br />Administrator against such local improvement and which petition is <br />signed ~y at least fifty-one percent of the owners of all the real <br />property parcels proposed to be assessed for and benefitted by the <br />local i~pr~vement, the Council shall not make such local improve- <br />ment at'the expense of the benefitted property owners. <br /> <br /> SeCtiOn 8.04.05. Withdrawal of Name From Petition. Any <br />person ~ho~ name appears on a petition to the Council in favor of <br />a locall-im~rovement, or on a petition to the Council filed against <br />a local~ improvement, may withdraw his/her name by a statement in <br />writingI flied with the City Administrator before such petition is <br />presented ~o the Council or in person at a City Council meeting <br /> <br />before the City Council accepts said petition. <br /> <br /> SeCtion 8.04.06. Form of Petitions. The petitions described <br />in this section shall be substantially in compliance with those <br />forms prescribed by Council resolution. <br /> <br /> SeCtiOn 8.05.07.
