The Ramsey EDA reviewed the letter sent December 18,2007 and decided <br />that it needed more information to make a determination on its willingness to purchase <br />the property. The EDA is formally asking for a listing price before it will consider the <br />acquisition of the parcel. <br /> <br />As mentioned in your previous correspondence, the property is located in an area <br />identified as Ramsey Crossings. The costs associated with purchasing the land, holding it <br />for an extended period of time, and then including it in a potential larger redevelopment <br />project make the decision to acquire this parcel difficult.
