Following are the dates:

12/05/06 - 1/18/07 - 9/20/07 - 11/15/07

Mr. Swanson has missed the last four meetings - plus all attempts to get in touch with
him have failed. I requested Judge Schurer appoint a replacement for Mr. Swanson.

The second question asked was who authored the amendment to Charter
regulations regarding no term limits. League of Minnesota Cities Staff Attorney
Rachel Carlson who works with Charter law researched that question and forwarded
me the following information: The change to 410.05 was sponsored by Michelle
Bachmann, who has moved on to her Federal post. The other sponsor was Ray
Vandeveer. His contact information is listed on the State's website as: 100 Rev. Dr.
Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., State Office Building, Room 108, St. Paul, MN 55155-
1206,651.296.4351.

Thanks, Jo
