The benefit would include the reduction of sediment <br />migrating onto paved City streets, thereby causing safety issues particularly for bicyclists <br />and roller bladers. Paved driveways would reduce sediment from washing into stom1 <br />sewers, culverts and' ditches. In addition, paved driveways would improve neighborhood <br />appearance which would enhance property values. <br /> <br />Your property has been identified as one having one or more unpaved driveways. The City <br />has contacted a local blacktopping company to estimate the approximate cost for paving <br />various size driveways.
