Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #08- 02 -XXX RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY NO 12 TO EH RENNER AND SONS, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05 -41 WELLS NO 7 & 8 WHEREAS, on June 27; 2006 the Ramsey City Council adopted a resolution accepting plans and specifications and authorizing the solicitation of bids; and WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project 05 -41, Municipal Wells 7 & 8, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial pay No 1 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $103,658.02. WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial pay No 2 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $100,065.40. WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial pay No 3 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $49,823.23. WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial pay No 4 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $38,755.24. WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial pay No 5 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $76,641.25. WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial pay No 6 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc... in the amount of $45,276.53. WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial pay No 7 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $13,487.15. WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial pay No 8 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $60,624.25. WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial pay No 9 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $106,803.87.
