Consent Agenda Resolution <br />To: Ramsey City Council <br />From: Mark Riverblood, Parks Supervisor <br />Subject: Council Consent Agenda February 26 2008 <br />The purpose of the attached Resolution #08- 02 -XXX is to show support for Anoka <br />County Park's grant application for the development of a mountain bike trail within Rum <br />River Central Park in northeast Ramsey. The primitive -type trail would be in the <br />northern, undeveloped portion of the county owned park. The grant, if awarded, would <br />be a $75,000, matching grant from the Minnesota DNR to Anoka County Parks — and <br />does not implicate the City of Ramsey in anyway. <br />Ramsey's Park and Recreation Commission recommended Council approval at their <br />February 14 2008 meeting. More information is available upon request. <br />
