<br />conditional use permit, which conditional use permit procedure shall be as prescribed in <br />Section 9.03.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />9.12.25 Conflict. If any portion of this Section is found to be in conflict with any <br />other provision of any zoning, building, fire, safety or health ordinance of the City Code, <br />the provision which establishes the higher standard shall prevail. <br /> <br />9.12.26 Severability.
