ORDINANCE #08-09 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 5 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TIONS 5.09.03 (DOG REGULATIONS) OF CITY CODE The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1: AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2: SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordln.ance #08:09 has been approved by the C1t~ Coun,C1J of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. This Ordinance #08-09 eliminates the requirement for an Administrative Kennel License to maintain 3 dogs per parcel. SECTION 3: EFFECTIVE DATE . The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (~O) day~ after its passage and ~ub"catlon, subject to City Charter Sec- tion 5.07. Adopted by the Ramsey city Council the 12th day of February, 2008.
