<br />ORDINANCE #08-09 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 5 <br />WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL <br />REGULATIONS CHAPTER OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- <br />TIONS 5.09.03 (DOG REGULATIONS) OF <br />CITY CODE <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1: AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant <br />to and under the authority of the City <br />Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2: SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of <br />Ordln.ance #08:09 has been approved by <br />the C1t~ Coun,C1J of the City of Ramsey as <br />clearly informing the public of the intent <br />and effect of the Ordinance. <br />This Ordinance #08-09 eliminates <br />the requirement for an Administrative <br />Kennel License to maintain 3 dogs per <br />parcel. <br />SECTION 3: EFFECTIVE DATE <br />. The effective date of this ordinance is <br />thirty (~O) day~ after its passage and <br />~ub"catlon, subject to City Charter Sec- <br />tion 5.07. <br />Adopted by the Ramsey city Council <br />the 12th day of February, 2008. <br />Thomas G.
