<br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />3. The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br />total floor area of the private dwelling. <br /> <br />4. Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of the <br />Permit Holder. <br /> <br />5. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no business signs visible from the exterior of the home. <br /> <br />7. There shall be no exterior indications of the home occupation displayed. <br /> <br />8. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. <br /> <br />9. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the <br />private dwelling on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />10. Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale <br />within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the <br />residence. <br /> <br />11. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />12. That the Permit Holder shall be in compliance with all Fire Codes and hazardous waste <br />. regulations. <br /> <br />13. That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary building permits, if any modifications <br />are made with regard to the Home Occupation <br /> <br />14. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />15. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />16. Permitted home occupations shall not be conducted in any building on the premises other <br />than the building which is used by the occupant as the private dwelling; and, furthermore, <br />that not more than one room may be used for such purpose. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-03-_ <br />Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br />9 <br />
