<br />Dwelling, Manufactured Home :.... A structure, transportable in one or more. <br />sections, which in the traveling mode, is eight (8) body feet or more in width and forty (40) body <br />feet or more in length, or, when erected on site, is 320 or more square feet, and which is built on <br />a permanent chassis and designated to be used as a dwelling with or without a permanent, <br />.foundation when connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air <br />conditioning, and electrical systems contained therein; except that the term includes any structQre <br />which meets all the requirements and with respect to which the manufacturer yohintarily files a <br />certification pursuant to Minnesota Statutes" Sections 327.31 through 327.36, as amended. <br /> <br />.. <br />Dwelling, Mobile Home - Any structure constructed in such a manner as to <br />permit occupancy thereof, as living quarters and so designed that it is or may be mounted on <br />wheels, and conveyed on highways or streets, .drawn by other motor power. Any mobile hqme <br />less than thirty (30) feet in overall length is defined as a nRecreationalVehicle." <br /> <br />Easement - A grant by a property owner for use of a strip of larid by the public or <br />any person for any specific purpose or purposes of construction and'maintainingutilities and/or <br />ro~~. " <br /> <br />Essential Services - ,The erection, construction, alteration or maintenance of <br />underground or overhead gas, electrical,. steam or water, ,transmission or distribution systems, <br />collection, communication, supply or disposal systems by. .public utilities;m:umcipal or other <br />,governmental agencies, but not including buildings." <br /> <br />- Farm - A tract of land Used for agricultural uses which is under cultivation or is ' <br />fenced and utilized as pasture. <br /> <br />Farming - Process of operating a farm for the growing and harvesting of crops <br />which shall include those necessary accessory buildings, related to operating a fann, and the <br />keeping of domestic farm animals. <br /> <br />Fence - A '.fence is de~ed for the purpose of this City Code as any partition, <br />structure, wall or gate erected as a dividing marker, barrier or enclosure. <br /> <br />Fence, ornamental - a fence not greater than six (6) feet in height that is <br />constructed from aluminum; wrought iron or steel, with pickets no greater than two (2) inches in <br />width and no less than four (4) inches apart. Vertical support posts shall not exceed six (6) <br />inches in width and shall be spaced a minimum, of four (4) feet. apart. Horizontal framing <br />crosspieces shall not exceed three (3) inches in width. No other material shall obstruct visibility <br />through the fence. Chain link fences are specifically excluded from this definition. <br /> <br />32 <br />
