Setbacks <br />o No part of any tower including guyed wires may extend over public right of way, <br />public street, highway, sidewalk, or recreation trail <br />o Must meet setbacks of underlying zoning district if in business district <br />o Must meet setbacks of underlying zoning district if in industrial district except <br />that towers may encroach into side or rear setback area, provided that the side or <br />rear setback abuts another non-residential zoned property and the tower does not <br />encroach upon any easements . <br />o Towers in residential districts shall maintain a minimum setback equal to 1.5 <br />times the height of the tower from any lot line <br />.
