Construction of towers to support commercial antennas that conform <br />to all applicable provisions of this Code may be allowed only the <br />following locations: . <br /> <br />1. Parcels at least ten (10) acres in size within the Tower Overlay <br />District as shown on the official Zoning Map. <br /> <br />2. Parcels at least ten (10) acres in size within the Public/Quasi- <br />. Public Zoning District. <br /> <br />b. Towers will not be allowed in the following locations: <br /> <br />.1. Parcels within the Town Center Zoning District unless <br />otherwise approved by City Council when adhering to strict <br />architectural standards. <br /> <br />Use of City Owned Land for Wireless Telecommunication Antennas <br />and Towers <br /> <br />a. Priority of Users <br /> <br />1. City of Ramsey; <br /> <br />2. Public safety agencies, including law enforc;ement, fire, and <br />ambulance services, which are not part of the City of Ramsey <br />and private entities with a public safety agreement with the <br />City of Ramsey; <br /> <br />3. Other governmental agencies, for uses which are not related to <br />public safety; and <br /> <br />4.
