Effective February 26, 2001. <br /> <br />Ord. #01-05 amended ~9.15.08 (b) and (c) and 9.15.08 <br />(e) - Tower Setbacks has been modified to clarify <br />required setbacks for commercial towers located in <br />Business and Industrial Zoning Districts, to require that <br />commercial towers be set back 1.5 times the height of <br />the tower from any lot line in residential districts, and to <br />remove language allowing a lesser tower setback if a <br />licensed engineer shows that the collapse of a tower can <br />ocdur within a lesser distance than the required setback. <br />Effective April 9,2001. <br /> <br />93 <br />
