This will start with 1 st quarter 2008 billed <br />in April 2008. <br />· All automatic payments arranged with Con- <br />nexus will no longer be valid for city services <br />effective April 1 , 2008. <br />· Where you mail your payment and the phone <br />number to call for customer service will <br />change. Phone customer service hours will be <br />extended from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday- <br />Friday. <br />· Starting April 1, Connexus will no longer ac- <br />cept payments on behalf of the city. <br />· The city will provide an after-hours payment <br />drop box at the Municipal Center located at <br />7550 Sunwood Drive. <br />· The city can receipt payments from 8:00 a.m. <br />- 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday at the Municipal <br />Center. <br /> <br />What will stay the same? <br />· If you are a Connexus Energy customer, you <br />will continue to receive your electric bill from <br />Connexus Energy. <br />· Water meters will continue to be read quarterly <br />and we will continue to bill quarterly for all <br />city services. <br />Continued on Page 5 <br /> <br />The Pet Clinic Is Back! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The city of Ramsey is excited to <br />announce the return of the Annual <br />Pet Clinic. The city will be holding <br />two clinics this spring; one in April, <br />and a second clinic in May. As we <br />have offered at our previous clinics, a Minnesota <br />licensed veterinarian will be on-site to provide free examina- <br />tions and discounted vaccinations for your dog or cat.
