Adopt Ordinance Declaring Land as Surplus Property and Authorizing the Sale of City <br />Owned Property Located at Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2 <br />By: <br />Recommendation: <br />Sean M. Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Background: <br />On February 26, 2008 the City Council introduced an ordinance to declare Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway <br />North Industrial Park Plat 2 as surplus property and to authorize its sale.
