The final Purchase Agreement and Lease to be acted on by the Council at its <br />February 26, 2008 meeting. <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Gamec stated that he would like this brought back for discussion at <br />the next work session and suggested postponing the discussion on the Community Center. There <br />was a consensus to discuss this at the regular work session on February 26, 2008 and take final <br />action at the Council meeting. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec and Councilmembers Strommen, Dehen, Jeffrey, <br />Look, and Olson. Voting No: None. Members Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br />2) The Pending Litigation between the City of Ramsey and MinnWest Bank <br />relating to the Development Agreement for Ramsey Town Center <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that he suggested that the City Council move into a closed session <br />to discuss this case. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Look, to move the Special City <br />Council Meeting into a closed session. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec and Councilmembers Jeffrey, Look, Dehen, Olson, <br />and Strommen Voting No: None.
