There <br />was a consensus to discuss this at the regular work session on February 26, 2008 and take [mal <br />action at the Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec and Councilmembers Strommen, Dehen, Jeffrey, <br />Look, and Olson. Voting No: None. Members Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />2) The Pendin2 Liti2ation between the City of Ramsey and MinnWest Bank <br />relatin2 to the Development A2reement for Ramsev Town Center <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that he suggested that the City Council move into a closed session <br />to discuss this case. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Look, to move the Special City <br />Council Meeting into a closed session. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
