Drainage and utility plans have been submitted, and minor revisions have been requested, <br />Revised grading and utility plans will be required. Easements over the proposed <br />stormwater areas and trail areas will be required as part of the site plan. Incidentally, the <br />proposed sign on the site plan is located within a drainage and utility easement. An <br />encroachment agreement is necessary to locate the sign in the proposed location. <br />The submitted building elevations conform to City Code requirements for architectural <br />detail. City Code requires the use of brick, glass, or stone within the B -2 district.
