10. <br />That the Applicant has provided documentation to support that the home occupation will <br />be conducted within the private dwelling on the property, that the area set aside for the <br />home occupation does not exceed 20% of the total floor area of the private dwelling, and <br />the operation will not include any employment of persons not residing in the private <br />dwelling in the performance of the home occupation. <br />That the Applicant will reside at the location of the proposed home occupation. <br />That the Applicant has stated that there will be no exterior storage of business equipment <br />and materials. <br />That the Applicant proposes to service no more than 50 clients per week. <br />11. That there are other similar home occupations in the R -1 Single Family Residential <br />District. <br />12. That the proposed use will /will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br />13. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br />14. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br />15. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br />16. That the proposed use will /will not be served adequately by public facilities and services <br />such as highways and streets. <br />17. That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost <br />for public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of <br />the community. <br />18.
