-136- <br />The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br />total floor area of the private dwelling. <br />Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of the <br />Permit Holder. <br />5 Adequate off - street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. <br />6. There shall be no business signs visible from the exterior of the home. <br />7. There shall be no exterior indications of the home occupation displayed. <br />8. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. <br />9. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the <br />private dwelling on the Subject Property. <br />10. Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale <br />within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the <br />residence. <br />11. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br />12. That the Permit Holder shall be in compliance with all Fire Codes and hazardous waste <br />regulations. <br />13. That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary building permits,; if any structural <br />modifications are made with regard to the Home Occupation <br />14. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br />15. Should the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br />16. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br />RESOLUTION #08 -03 - <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
