Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #08- 03 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY NO 13 TO EH RENNER AND SONS, INC. FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05 -41 WELLS NO 7 & 8 <br />WHEREAS, on June 27, 2006 the Ramsey City Council adopted a resolution accepting <br />plans and specifications and authorizing the solicitation of bids; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project 05 -41, <br />Municipal Wells 7 & 8, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and <br />WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the <br />completed work and recommends partial pay No 1 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of <br />$103,658.02. <br />WHEREAS, Public Works Director /Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the <br />completed work and recommends partial pay No 2 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of <br />$100,065.40. <br />WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the <br />completed work and recommends partial pay No 3 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of <br />$49,823.23. <br />WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the <br />completed work and recommends partial pay No 4 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of <br />$38,755.24. <br />WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the <br />completed work and recommends partial pay No 5 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of <br />$76,641.25. <br />WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the <br />completed work and recommends partial pay No 6 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of <br />$45,276.53. <br />WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the <br />completed work and recommends partial pay No 7 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount of <br />$13,487.15. <br />WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the <br />completed work and recommends partial pay No 8 to EH Renner and Sons,.
