-7.2- <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />FOR A PATROL OFFICER <br />WHEREAS, Rich Webb was hired as a patrol officer on March 14, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Webb has successfully completed his one year probationary <br />period as a Patrol Officer; and <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its March 25, 2008 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Rich Webb, effective <br />March 14, 2008. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />The Ramsey City Council confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee to end the probationary period for Rich Webb, effective March 14, <br />2008 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 25 day of March 2008. <br />
