<br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance Declaring Land as Surplus Property and Authorizing the <br />Sale of City-Owned Property Located at 6590-141st Avenue NW <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that this case is a follow up to action taken at the last Council <br />meeting. He stated that it is anticipated that this property will be sold as part of a TIF district <br />project.
