<br />Board Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-04-xxx <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tim Holm, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.20.25(3)(b) regarding minimum lot width on the property located east of <br />Ebony Street NW and south of Riverdale Drive, or legally described as <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Riverview Bowl <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on April 3, 2008, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted fmdings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the minimum lot <br />width as part of the development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. Based on Resolution #08-04-xxx adopting Findings of Fact #xxxx, a variance to the <br />minimum lot width, as established in Section 9.21.07 of the Ramsey City Code, is granted <br />for the development of Ebony Woods on the Subject Property. <br />2. That the applicant shall maintain a minimum lot width of 80 feet as reflected in the <br />proposed preliminary plat dated August 7,2006. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment tIns <br />the 3rd day of April, 2008. <br /> <br />Tim Holm hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and has reviewed the terms of the <br />variance and has agreed to comply with the terms of the variance. <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Its: <br /> <br />12 <br />
