<br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended lih partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of$285,017.67. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended final payment No 13 to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of$83,947.48. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment No 13 to Glenn Rehbein <br />Companies for Improvement Project #03-29, Sunwood Drive NW and Rhinestone Street <br />NW in the amount of $83,947.48 on December 11,2007. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form <br />for this payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the month of December 2007. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Look and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-12-322 <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
