Expansion to more than four (4) residential structures on the subject property shall be <br />prohibited unless the subject property is platted and subdivided in accordance with <br />City Code. <br /> <br />6. The addition of accessory structures for personal or business use shall be in <br />accordance with City Code and with regard for possible future subdivision of the <br />property, and shall require an amended CUP. <br />7. The commercial dog kennel operation is permitted at approximately 180 dog kennels <br />and 45 cat kennels. <br /> <br />8. Any proposed expansion of the kennel operation will reqUIre application for an <br />amended conditional use permit. <br /> <br />9. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this CUP. <br /> <br />10. The Community Development Department of the City of Ramsey (City) shall have <br />the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any <br />time, upon reasonable request. In the event the Permittee is determined to be in <br />violation of any of the conditions set forth herein, the City shall give the Permittee <br />written notice of the violation. The Permittee shall be given 30 days to correct the <br />violation and submit a written response to the notice. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution #07-06-152 <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
