111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 Record ID 1875556 r, REG'D [) E G 1 2 2007 493565.008 Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #07-07-172 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO MILESTONE RADIO TO CONSTRUCT A RADIO ANTENNA IN THE B-2 BUSINESS DISTRICT AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: WHEREAS, Milestone Radio, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to construct radio antenna on the subject property legally described as follows: Unit 101, 102, and 103, CIC No. 242 Ramsey Condo, together with common element, Subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota. ("Subject Property") WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on July 11, 2007 conducted the' public' hearing arid recommended City Council approval of the request, with. contingencies. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. Based on Findings of Fact #0800, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") to construct a radio antenna is hereby granted to Milestone Radio, referred to as the "Permittee". 2. That the Permit only applies to the antenna and satellite dish that is indicated on the site plan 3. That the antenna shall not exceed eighty (80) feet in height and three (3) foot base. 4. That the satellite dish shall not exceed six (6) feet in diameter and mounted at ground level. 5. That the proposed antenna shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with all applicable Staff Review letters, approved site plans, City Code, and Uniform Building Codes. 6. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied with. 7. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Permit.
