<br />.. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-11-300 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH BUSINESS PARK <br />4th ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the E-I Employment District for <br />development purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park 2nd Addition <br /> <br />-or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park 4th Addition, <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on <br />November 1, 2007; and recommended approval of the lot split; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, park dedication, trail development, or other development fee requirements <br />will be satisfied as part of the Tax Increment Financing agreement between the City of Ramsey <br />and the individual developers of each lot. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Sunfish Business Park 4th <br />Addition contingent on compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated October 25, 2007, <br />revised November 9, 2007, and in accordance with relevant City Code. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Strommen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Olson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br />
