<br />7. That the Church is willing to do a lot combination at Anoka County Property Records and <br />therefore the conveyance of the Subject Property in two (2) lots will not have the affect of <br />creating any new buildable lots as only one parcel identification number will be assigned to <br />the two (2) lots. <br /> <br />8. That Anoka County will not assign a second parcel identification number to the Subject <br />Property without City approval, at which time platting in accordance with Section 9.50 of <br />City Code may be required. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council, acting as the <br />Board of Appeals, this the 12th day of February, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Resolution #08-02-038 <br />Page 2 of2 <br />
