<br />7. That the Church is willing to do a lot combination at Anoka County Property Records and <br />therefore the conveyance of the Subject Property in two (2) lots will not have the affect of <br />creating any new buildable lots as only one parcel identification number will be assigned to <br />the two (2) lots. <br /> <br />8.
