For a court order correcting the past enrollment inequities requiring <br /> <br />defendant to give a sibling enrollment preference to only those siblings <br /> <br />who were Ramsey resident kindergarten applicants since 2004 if the <br /> <br />lotteries that effect kindergarten and grades 6-12 applications until the <br /> <br />court adjudges the interpretation and ramifications of M.S. 124.D. 10 <br /> <br />Subd. 9(3). <br /> <br />.5.
