<br />After costs have been determined and allocated according to the policy direction provided, a <br />meeting should be 'held so that property owners can be informed of the improvements and <br />relative costs. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />IP 08-04 - Staff recommends that the project continue to be considered this year and that all <br />possible dust mitigation steps are taken to minimize any potential impact to Vision Ease. <br />Alternatively if Sunwood Drive between Ramsey Blvd and Bunker Lake Road is deleted from <br />the 2008 program, staff be directed to add a substituent MSA street to utilize the budgeted <br />MSA funds available' this year. <br /> <br />IP 08-06 - Staff recommends that the project continue to be considered this year until such time <br />. that a petition is received signed by a substantial percentage of property owners requesting an <br />alternative improvement. Staff further recommends that cost estimates be prepared on <br />alternatives recommended by the committee for use in circulating the petition. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend to City Council that: <br /> <br />IF 08-04 continue to be considered this year and that all possible dust mitigation steps be taken <br />to minimize any potential impact to Vision Ease.
