After costs have been determined and allocated according to the policy direction provided, a meeting should be 'held so that property owners can be informed of the improvements and relative costs. Recommendations: IP 08-04 - Staff recommends that the project continue to be considered this year and that all possible dust mitigation steps are taken to minimize any potential impact to Vision Ease. Alternatively if Sunwood Drive between Ramsey Blvd and Bunker Lake Road is deleted from the 2008 program, staff be directed to add a substituent MSA street to utilize the budgeted MSA funds available' this year.
