<br />Subd. 6. Indemnification. The application shall include an agreement filed <br />by the applicants to defend, indemnify, save and hold the City harmless from and on account of <br />any and all claims against the City for injury or damage of any kind or nature to persons or <br />property in, upon or about the subject premises or arising from .or in cannection with said music <br />festival from any cause whatsoever. The applicants shall cavenant and agree to keep and <br />maintain in full force and effect for a period of one year from and after the date upan which they <br />shall have been issued a license ta conduct a music festival, a palicy .of public liability and . <br />praperty damage insurance in standard farm in insurance companies satisfactary to the City, and <br />shall furnish the palicy therefar to said City. Such public liability insurance shall insure the City <br />far limits .of not less than $250,000.00 far injury to any .one persan and $500,000.00 for injury ta <br />mare than one persan, and in the amount .of $50,000.00 far praperty damage. Said palicy shall <br />be delive~ed. tathe City at least ten days before the issuance of a license and such palicy shall <br />bear an endarsement .of, .or shall be accampanied by, evidence .of receipt .of payment .of the <br />premium therean. <br /> <br />Subd.7. Clean-up. Theapplicatian shall include an agreement signed by <br />the applicants providing that within 72 hours after the conclusian .of the music festival the <br />applicants will clean up the premises, including contiguous public roads, ways and easements, <br />and remove all debris, garbage, trash, litter and other waste matter fram, in and araund said <br />premises, together with all advertising matter ta said festivaL <br /> <br />Subd. 8. Fingerprints. An applicatian shall. not be considered campleted <br />until each applicant has been fingerprinted and phatographedby the City Palice Department. <br /> <br />Subd.9. Referral. Upan receipt .of the fully campleted applicatian, the <br />Administratar shall give capies .of the applicatian ta the Council. The Council shall determine <br />whether, with regard ta their specific areas .of responsibility, the propased music festival can be <br />held without vialation .of any .of the pravisians of this Code. Within 45 days after the fIling .of a <br />campleted application, the Council shall camplete its investigations and shall natify the <br />Administrator of their approval or disapproval of the issuance of a license. If the Cauncil <br />approves the issuance of a license, the Administrator shall, after collecting the fee as provided in <br />~7.01.1 0 of this Cade, issue said license. If the Council disapproves the issuance of a license, no <br />license shall be issued, and the reasons far such disapproval, a copy of which shall be delivered <br />to the applicant. <br /> <br />Subd.l0. Revocation. In addition to the provisians .of ~7.08 of this Cade, <br />the Council shall have the right to revoke any license issued pursuant to this Section after a <br />public hearing held after written natice is given to the licensee at least 24 haurs prior to such <br />hearing, for any of the following causes: <br /> <br />a. The licensee fails, neglects or refuses to fulfill any of the conditions <br />imposed upon the granting of a license; <br /> <br />b. The licensee fails, refuses .or neglects to fulfill any of the pravisians of the <br />proposed program or plans; <br /> <br />- <br />
