For instance, 69% of the expenditures to date have occurred <br />at Central P~rk. <br /> <br />Cha~rperso~Hetl~_nd rem~nded the Commlssxon that the document Mr. Cook referred to did not <br />include the $i00~00 spent in 1991 for baseball, softball and soccer field development at Central <br />Park.
