' <br />We have been established in the city of Ramsey for over five years, with that said <br />we are in need of improvements and add new signs and food services. Improving our <br />tunnel wash and other details of our property will help keep the business up to date. This <br />new investment will improve all of the above mentioned and our cash flow. The cash <br />flow will also have an impact on able to hire new employees (minimum $8000 man <br />power/year) and increase the pay rate. This could be a positive economic impact for the <br />city of Ramsey. This includes a rough estimate of $20,000 more sales tax/year.
