We are very pleased you have selected our professional tournament staff to host your <br />event. We will be available every step of the way to assist you in any task to insure a successful <br />event. The following is information and guidelines regarding tournaments and group outings <br />at The Links at Northfork, please read carefully for there are new policies and changes: <br /> <br />Deposit <br /> <br />A nonrefundable deposit is required along with a signed copy of the contract to secure the event. <br />The Liriks at Northfork will not hold bookings past the deposit due date. The deposit will be <br />credited towards the total charges incurred. <br /> <br />DEPOSIT AMOUNT: $ 250 <br /> <br />DATE DUE: 3.15.08 <br /> <br />Payment <br /> <br />The tournament balance must be paid either on or before the day ofthe event. <br /> <br />Guarantee <br /> <br />The Links at Northfork must receive a guarantee as to the number of participants 8 days <br />prior to the event. A copy of the pairing sheet listing the player's names and starting times must <br />also be provided 5 days prior to the event. The pairings sheet will then represent the number to <br />be guaranteed at the package price on the event date. If notification is not given, the number of <br />players listed on the original contract becomes the guarantee. If more players arrive at the course <br />on the day of the event, we will attempt to accommodate these customers; however, no <br />guarantees will be made to the availability of space for excess players. <br /> <br />46 <br />
