<br />FULL OUTING PAYMENT OF $7958.00 WILL BE DUE ON OR BEFORE THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

<br />NOTES AND COMMENTS - This package includes: Full event service, 18-hole green fee, cart fee, unlimited use
<br />ofthe driving range and all other practice facilities, and a $5.00 per person pro shop prize fund. The Links at
<br />Northfork will provide a fleet of75 carts for this event. If additIonal carts are needed they will be rented from an
<br />outside source at an additional fee to the customer.

<br />PAYMENT IS TO BE IN THE FORM OF CASH, CHECK OR VISNMC MADE PAYABLE TO THE COURSE. BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE
<br />HELD PAST THE DEPOSIT DUE DATE. ADDITIONALLY, THE COURSE MUST RECEIVE A GUARANTEE AS TO THE EXACT
<br />NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS NOT LESS THAN 8 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Ifno notice is given, the number of players listed on
<br />this contract becomes the guarantee. If more players show up at the course on the day of the outing than the number guaranteed, we will attempt
<br />to accommodate customers; however, no guarantees are made as to the availability of space for excess players.
<br />
<br />All outing prices quoted are subject to change upon 90 days notice. Customer agrees to pay any increased price upon proper notice. ALL FOOD
<br />AND BEVERAGE MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE COURSE. NO COOLERS ALLOWED. Frost, fog or inclement weather may cause
<br />delay of the event. If playing conditions require cancellation of the event by the course, the outing will be rescheduled at customer's
<br />convenience. In the event that the course determines that a "rain-out" has occurred during the event, an equitable adjustment will be made by
<br />the course manager.

<br />The Outing Chairperson, for himself and ail members of the group, agrees to hold harmless and unconditionally indemnify and defend The Links
<br />at Northfork, LLC' from and against ail liability, claims, expenses, demands, losses, judgments, damages and costs, including attorney's fees and
<br />court costs, arising by reason of death or bodily injury to persons, injury to property, or any other loss relating to or arising from the use of the
<br />course, indemnities products, services or facilities by the Tournament Chairperson or any member or guest of the group without regard to any
<br />negligent act or omission, in whole or in part, solely or jointly of The links at Northfork, LLC, their officers, agents or employees. However, the
<br />Tournament Chairperson, for himself and ail members ofthe group, shall not be obligated to defend or indemnify The Links at Northfork, LLC,
<br />their officers, agents or employees for claims arising out of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of The Links at Northfork, LLC, their
<br />officers, agents or employees.
