Assistant Community Development Director Frolik stated one of the criteria's is that there will <br />not be any evidence of a business outside of the home and they do have regulations today for <br />commercial vehicles and equipment under the off street parking regulations. <br />Motion by Commissioner Levine, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Levine, Van Scoy, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, and Hunt. Voting No: None.
