CHARTER COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Charter Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, February 21, 2008, <br />in the Alexander Ramsey Room at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Motion carried. All present voted in favor. <br />Chair Hannah LaMere <br />Commissioner Terri Cleveland <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Darren Erickson (newly appointed) <br />Commissioner Frank Frederick <br />Commissioner Timothy McKinney (newly appointed) <br />Commissioner Cindy Sherman (newly appointed) <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Roger Bergfalk (newly appointed) <br />Commissioner Steve Simenson <br />Also Present: City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Clerk Jo Thieling <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair LaMere called the regular meeting of the Charter Commission to order at 6:40 p.m. <br />City Clerk Thieling read Commissioner Sandy Bertzyk's letter of resignation. <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Frederick to accept <br />Commissioner Bertzyk's resignation and to send her a thank you letter for her years of service on <br />the Commission and for staff to make certain Ms. Bertzyk is extended an invitation to the <br />Commission Appreciation Dinner. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None <br />APPROVE MINUTES <br />Motion by Commissioner Cleveland and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to approve the <br />minutes dated November 13, 2007. <br />Charter Commission/February 21, 2008 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />
