The Commission determined this subject should be discussed at the next meeting and consensus <br />was to schedule the meeting for 6:30 p.m., Thursday, April 17. <br />Chair LaMere inquired if we are looking at eliminating 4.5.4. <br />Attorney Goodrich replied that should stay. <br />Commissioner Sherman commented on making that very clear. <br />Commissioner Cleveland asked if the discussion was on 4.5.4 reading the same and stated that <br />she thought that was discussed at the last meeting. <br />C OMMISSION INPUT <br />1) Review Year End Summary Letter to Judge <br />Consensus of the Commission was to approve the letter to the Chief Judge of the 10th Judicial <br />District and direct staff to send it in. <br />2) Set Charter Agenda and Schedule Date(s) for next Meeting(s) <br />The next Charter Commission meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 17, 2008, beginning at <br />6:30 p.m. and continued discussion on Section 4.5.5 of the City's Charter will be the agenda <br />item. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Consensus of the Committee was to adjourn the meeting at 8:10 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Jo Ann M.
