ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Requests for fund expenditures, and donations toward fund expenditures, <br />received during the prior calendar year will be considered by the Park <br />and Recreation Commission and authorized by the Council Finance <br />Committee on a case by case basis; and <br />Capital purchases of $1,000 toward which donations are received and to <br />which no City expenditures are required may occur after review and <br />approval by the Park and Recreation Commission. <br />(d) This fund is eligible for inter -fund loans. <br />(3) <br />SECTION 3 SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #07 -XX has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />Ordinance. <br />This Ordinance #07 -XX amends language regarding the use of Charitable Gambling Funds to <br />designate an annual percentage of the fund to be dedicated to capital uses and to <br />programming /service uses. <br />SECTION 4 EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, <br />subject to City Charter Section 5.07. <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the 13 day of May, 2008. <br />Introduction Date: <br />Posting Dates: <br />Adoption Date: <br />Publication Date: <br />Effective Date: <br />Mayor <br />
