On the date hereof, the balance of moneys on deposit in the Ramsey Project <br />Account of the Operating Fund is $ <br />2. On the date hereof, the Trustee is required by the terms of the Indenture to pay <br />(either directly, or by transfer to the Issuer for such purpose) . Operating Costs of the Project <br />incurred prior to May 31, 2013 in the amount of $ <br />3.
