He added that the CUP doesn't allow vehicle repair and that is happening on <br />the premis{si He. stated he has lived at his place for 13 years and for 12 of the 13 years he has not <br />had a conforming use next door. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
