CITY COUNCIL CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA The Ramsay Cily Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 28, 1992 at the Ramsay Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsay, Minnesota. Members Present: Mayor James Gilbertson Councilmember Sheila Beyer Councilmember Glen Hardin Councilmember Kenneth Peterson Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman Also Present~ CALL TO'~' ORDER City Administrator Ryan Schroeder City Attorney William Goodrich Finance Officer Sandra Ashley Helling Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik City Engineer Steven Jankowski Mayor Gilbe~tso~a called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:34 p.m. and led in the Pledge of Adl~giance to the Flag. APPROVE AGENDA Motion by COun¢lmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the agenda with the following additions: Case #13:: Policy Statement Regarding Use of City Vehicles Case #14f; R~esponse to the City of Dayton's Request for Funding for Mississippi River Corridor Study Motion carri¢~d. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and Hardin. Voting No: None. Absent: None. (Councilmember Zimmerman has not taken the Oath of Office at this time) Case #1: &ppoint Gerald Zimmerman to the City Council for a Term to Expire December 31, 1992 Motion by iCOuncilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to ratify the consensus ~os~t~0n from the January 15, 1992 special meeting by appointing Gerald Zimmerman to the vacancy on the City Council for a term expiring December 31, 1992. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Peterson and Beyer. Voting No: None.
