Establish a rational, logical staging plan for extension of MUSA consistent <br />with the Comprehensive Sewer Plan and tied to Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment Policy <br />. Existing residents will not bear the costs of new infrastructure without <br />realizing a benefit that is equal to or greater that those costs* <br />. Explore cost-sharing and/or joint operation of utility systems with <br />adjoining jurisdictions to reduce cost or realize other efficiencies* <br />.
