GOAL #5: Efficient growth* STRATEGIES: . New development should use existing infrastructure where possible New development should be built close to existing or proposed services such as commercial, employment, and government, where possible. . GOAL #6: vision * Ramsey Town Center is constructed in accordance with its STRATEGIES: . Concentrate the highest density residential development in or near Town Center and at other key locations as shown on the future land use map* . Encourage residential and commercial development in the Town Center before other parts of the City . Continue to work to secure a stop on the Northstar Commuter Rail Line for Ramsey . New development should protect natural resources, make trail connections, and blend in with surrounding development .
