He <br />has a diversified background with considerable expertise in the valuation of a variety of investment grade <br />properties. He has over twenty years of experience in providing consulting and valuation services. <br /> <br />Experience <br /> <br />. Ken began his career in 198,5 at Lloyd- Thomas-Coats & Burchard Co., he joined Arthur <br />Andersen LLP in 1997. While at Arthur Andersen LLP, Mr. Kapecki served as a Senior <br />Manager and central team leader for hospitality and litigation services. In 2001, his <br />career continued at American Appraisal Associates as the Managing Principal of the <br />Chicago Office. While at American, Ken was responsible for the management and <br />growth in the Central region including the exploration and implementation of strategic <br />initiatives for due diligence and consulting. He was the national team leader for <br />hospitality consulting and valuation. <br /> <br />. Mr. Kapecki has over twenty-one years of experience in providing valuation services to <br />clients worldwide. He has a diversified background with considerable expertise in the <br />valuation of special purpose properties, large multi-Iocational holdings and investment <br />grade real estate. He has appraised steel mills, chemical plants, food processing facilities, <br />airports, surface and underground minerals, railroad right-of-way, hotels and a variety of <br />commercial and manufacturing facilities. <br /> <br />. His experience further extends to highest and best use studies, feasibility studies, lease <br />valuation analysis, cost segregation analysis and insurabl~ value analysis. His reports are <br />most frequently prepared for acquisition, divestiture, financing, ad valorem tax, allocation <br />of purchase price, litigation support and value reporting. Over the years, Mr. Kapecki has <br />completed appraisals in 50 states. <br /> <br />. Mr. Kapecki has appeared before state and federal district courts as an expert witness in <br />addition to several disposition statements and interrogatory communications. <br />
