Such a. marketing <br />program will bring the following desired results: <br /> <br />. Residents' desires to shop and dine at home will be fulfilled <br />. Retail leakage will be minimized > <br />. Tax revenues (property and sale/use taxes) will increase <br />. Employment opportunities will grow <br />.
