<br />CASE # 5 <br /> <br />PARK DEDICATION FOR EBONY WOODS <br />By: Leonard Linton, Civil Engineer II <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />~ Tim Holm has submitted a sketch plan to split an existing residential lot and create 3 single <br />family lots. The site is located on Ebony street just south of Superbowl. <br /> <br />Observation: <br /> <br />The site was originally platted in 1975 and park dedication was paid for the plat. Two new <br />lots are being created so it is proper to collect park dedication and trail fees for these lots. <br />Sidewalk was installed adjacent to these lots when Ebony Street was reconstructed several <br />years ago. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends park dedication for Ebony Woods be satisfied with a cash contribution of <br />$4,950 (2 units @ $2,475). Trail fees should be satisfied with a cash contribution in the <br />amount of $5,450 (2 units @ $600). <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend park dedication in cash.
