<br />Chairperson McDilda stated that they should have a three-line bio for all the speakers. <br /> <br />Board Member Max questioned if they would have official nametags printed. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda advised that he could print up the nametags for the EPB. <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson questioned if the EPB would like to be involved in the free <br />tree giveaways after the seminars. <br /> <br />Board Member Max advised that whoever introduces the speaker could also do the drawing for <br />the tree afterwards. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda advised that Councilperson Sara Strommen would also be at the event and <br />she could also take part in the giveaways along with the Mayor. He explained that whoever is <br />around could be a part of that. <br /> <br />BOARD INPUT <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson reported that the City has a new Community Development <br />Director, Amber Miller. He explained that she started about two weeks ago and was planning to <br />attend the EPB meeting tonight but was unable to do so. He explained that she would like to <br />attend a future meeting of the Board. He stated that she came from Marshfield, WI where she <br />was the Economic Director. He advised that her background was in economic development and <br />planning. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated that he and Board Member Bentz have begun the Ramsey3 <br />visioning sessions. He explained that they had met and discussed the comments from the OST <br />sessions and are trying to categorize them to include with the comprehensive plan. He stated that <br />they have only had one meeting and have another one scheduled for next week. <br /> <br />Board Member Freeburg stated that there are about six to eight loons hanging around on the <br />River. He advised that he had not seen them hanging around for so long and is not sure what is <br />happening. He stated that they do have plenty of food though.
