-148— : <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #08- 04 -xxx <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO CONSTRUCT TWO PERMANENT SIGNS ON ONE LOT AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME: <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey -Arbor Properties, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has <br />properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to construct two (2) permanent signs on the subject <br />property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Alpaca Estates, Anoka Co <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on Ap ril 3, 2008 conducted the <br />public hearing and recommendedr City Council approval of the request, with <br />contingencies. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B Y THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANO.KA COUNTY:, STATE O MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings:-Of Fact # a Conditional Use Permit ( "Permit ") to construct two (2) <br />signs on the subject property is hereby granted,; to Ramsey -Arbor Properties, referred to as the <br />"Permitted': <br />applies to 'the signs in <br />date <br />1Vlarc h 3 2008. <br />2.
